Set of 5 plates and 5 bowls made of fireclay glazed with fir wood ash and wild clay from the Congost river (La Garriga, Barcelona). Fired in a reducing atmosphere to 1290ºC during 10 hours in a manual gas kiln. Wheel-thrown. All of my pots are handmade and therefore subtle differences are expected from item to item.

Even though this piece is food, dishwasher and microwave safe, you should take special care of it if you want to keep it for a longer time. Wash by hand all pieces if possible and avoid leaving liquid in them for a long period of time. Crackle glazed pieces will stain over time due to the use of highly coloured liquids, so please avoid using strongly staining foods/liquids. Also, it is preferable to avoid sudden temperature changes, so it is better to let the boiling water settle before pouring it into the cup.
